The sellers we buy bulk IT hardware from

Six descriptions, one buyer. Whether you trade inventory every week or you are clearing one floor before a lease ends, we buy the hardware outright, arrange the pickup and the freight, and pay on agreed terms. Find the line below that fits you.

Every kind of seller we buy from

Each page below is written for that reader and nobody else. The terms are the same on all of them.

  • Liquidators and returns handlers

You place mixed lots for a living. We are a standing buyer for the IT and computing category inside them, including B and C stock.

    For liquidators
  • Trade-in and buyback operators

Graded lots, containers and pallets, recurring monthly volume. The stock you do not retail yourself is the stock we want.

    For trade-in operators
  • K-12 school districts

Retired Chromebook and laptop fleets. We work inside your board approved surplus process and never ask you to bypass it.

    For school districts
  • Offices closing or downsizing

A floor to clear before a lease-end date. Junk removal charges you to take it. We buy it and pay you instead.

    Office closing
  • Data centers decommissioning

Servers and storage by the rack or the row, racked or de-racked, whole rooms and part rooms.

    Data center decommissioning
  • Companies holding excess inventory and returns

Overstock, closeouts and customer returns sitting on pallets. Send the manifest and we will quote the computing hardware on it.

    Excess inventory and returns
  • Pallet racking stacked with boxed inventory in a warehouse

Mixed lots from liquidators and returns handlers

  • A stack of used smartphones piled on top of one another

Graded stock from trade-in and buyback programs

  • Rows of closed laptops stacked in columns across a room

Retired district and office device fleets

  • A tall server rack in a dark room, indicator lights running down its face

Servers and storage from decommissioning projects

The categories we take from all of them

The seller changes. The buying list does not.

We buy

  • Laptops and desktops
  • Servers and storage
  • Phones and tablets
  • Chromebooks
  • Monitors and projectors

We do not buy

  • Networking gear, switches and routers
  • Chargers and cables
  • Headphones and speakers
  • Docks, cases and other accessories

Working, non-working, cosmetically damaged, mixed ages and mixed models, in the same lot. We buy laptops and desktops, servers and storage, phones and tablets, Chromebooks, and monitors and projectors. If a lot contains items from the right-hand column, we take the computing hardware and tell you plainly what we are leaving. The full buying list is here.

What does not change, whoever you are

Five things are true on every one of the pages above, and they are the reason this hub exists rather than six separate offers.

  • 24 hoursOffer turnaround
  • 3 to 5 business daysTypical pickup lead
  • 3 to 5 business daysSettlement from verified receipt
  • Whole lotsMixed grades, any condition
  • We buy. We take title to the hardware and pay you for it. We do not charge a haul-away fee.
  • We take the lot as it stands, mixed grades included. We do not pull the good units and leave you the rest.
  • We arrange the pickup and the freight, domestically and internationally. On lots of 100 units or more we cover the freight. Below that we agree who pays before you commit, based on the distance. Who pays for what is set out here.
  • We pay on agreed terms, written into the offer before you commit anything. Settlement is by ACH or wire transfer, 3 to 5 business days from verified receipt.
  • We are a buyer, not a certified processing facility, and we hold no R2v3, e-Stewards or NAID AAA certification. Here is what each one covers and when you should insist on a certified processor.

If none of these describes you

The six above are the sellers we meet most often, not a list of who is allowed to sell to us. IT services firms, resellers, distributors and lessors send us hardware on the same terms, and so do organizations that simply finished a refresh and have a storeroom full of the old fleet. We take the lot as it stands, mixed grades and all, and we do not cherry-pick.

If you are still deciding whether to sell the hardware or recycle it, our guide says honestly which is which. If you want the sequence before you send anything, how it works is here, and how to verify us is here. If you would rather talk it through first, the contact page has the direct line.
