Seth Stern Storch, principal and head of the buying desk

Seth leads the buying desk. He prices the lots, signs the offers and owns the relationship, with logistics, receiving and remarketing behind him. When you call the number on this site, the buying desk answers it, and the name on the offer document is his. There is no call center and no account manager between you and the buyer.

What the buying desk does in a deal

Seth Stern Storch, principal at SJ Wholesale LLC

Seth reads your list and sets the price. The desk tells you who pays the freight and when settlement happens, before you commit anything. If the lot does not match the list when it arrives, the desk calls you about it, with the counts.

That is the practical difference between a buying desk and a sales team: the person quoting you is the person who has to make the resale work. The full sequence of a deal is set out here.

Where Seth appears in your deal

There is no biography on this page, and that is deliberate. A career history is the easiest thing on a website to write and the hardest thing for a reader to check. What matters to a seller is where one named person actually sits in the transaction, so here is that, in order:

  1. When your list arrives

The buying desk reads it, not a portal. No one asks you to fill in a form before a person sees the counts.

  2. Inside 24 hours

The desk prices it and writes the offer, on the whole lot, against current market conditions. Seth's name is on the document and the figure is his to stand behind.

  3. Before you commit

The desk tells you who pays the freight, when the truck comes, and when the money moves. Settlement is 3 to 5 business days from verified receipt.

  4. On collection day

Logistics books the carrier. The buying desk is the number you call if the driver is late or the dock is blocked.

  5. If the lot does not match the list

The desk calls you about it, in writing, with the counts. Not a claims address and not a form.

The verifiable details sit with the company rather than the person: the legal entity, the registered address, and a state record you can read without asking us. Search SJ Wholesale LLC in the New Jersey business registry, opens in a new tab, and the rest is on the company page.

Reach him directly

Both of these reach Seth. Neither is a shared inbox or a switchboard.

  • Call the direct line

The fastest route, and the one that settles a question in a minute rather than a thread. Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern.

    (732) 996-6310
  • Email the list

A spreadsheet, an MDM export, a manifest or photographs. Rough counts are fine, and a bad list is better than no list.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. If it is easier to send the list than to explain it, the form on the contact page takes a spreadsheet or a manifest.

Why this page exists

Releasing a pallet of hardware to a company you found in an email is a real risk, and checking who is behind that email is a reasonable first move. So the name, the role and the direct line are published here rather than kept behind a form. Our trust page sets out how to verify the company itself, and our checklist for vetting any hardware buyer applies to us too.
