This is a registered office and a mailing address. It is not a warehouse, not a showroom and not a drop-off point, we publish no counter hours, and there is nothing there for a visitor to see. Pickups happen at your site, on a date we agree with you. How pickup and freight work is set out here.

Inside 24 hours
A written offer, priced on the whole lot, against current market conditions. It stands for 7 days before it is repriced.
3 to 5 business days
The usual gap between agreeing the deal and the truck arriving. 48 hours is the shortest we have moved on a lot that was already packed.
3 to 5 business days after verified receipt
Settlement by ACH or wire transfer, against a written count of what arrived versus what your list said.

What to put in the list

The more of this we have, the closer the first number is. None of it is mandatory.

Counts by model, or by rough type if the models are mixed
Specification where you have it: processor, memory, drive size, screen size
Condition, including anything working but cosmetically damaged, and anything dead
Whether the drives are staying with you or coming with the hardware
Where it sits, how many locations, and whether there is a dock or a loading bay
The date it has to be gone by
